COUPON POLICY
Target accepts standard and internet printable coupons as well as their own store specific coupons. Target coupons can be found on their website, occasionaly in Sunday coupon inserts and may be sent in home mailer avertisements. If you are a regular Target shopper sign up for their email promotional mailing list to receive occasional coupons via email.
You may combine a Target store coupon with a manufacturer coupon for a single item.
The official Target policy is to adjust a coupon down if it has a higher value that the item being purchased - however some cashiers simply push the coupon through and you end up making money on the purchase and some cashiers will be confused and refuse the coupon altogehter. If you want to ensure always being able to use all your coupons email cusomter service directly with specific questions then print the email and bring it with you. You may have to go to a supervisor and show them the email to get satisfaction - you will have to determine if it is worth the time and effort.

Thursday - House Wares, Lingerie, Sporting Goods, Shoes, Music / Movies, Books, Decor and Luggage
Friday - Auto, Cosmetics, Hardware, and Jewelry
Holiday Deals – Target moves quickly to mark down holiday specific merchandise after-holiday clearance, Their holiday markdown schedule is usually as follows (with the exception of Christmas, which can vary depending on amount of merchandise and where the Christmas and New Year holidays fall within the week):
50% off the day after holiday for three days
75% off the fourth day after holiday for three days
90% off the seventh day after holiday for 1-2 days.
- If you find an item at 75% off, and you want it, don’t let it get away! They rarely mark down non-holiday items below this discount.
- If it the price ends in the number 4, you may be looking at your last chance to buy.
- Check to be sure that an item marked “As Is” is worth purchasing not broken or missing pieces unless noted as in the case of two piece garment sets that have been seperated.
