Obiviously this will vary greatly by region / store but here are some widely reported items to be on the lookout for while you are shopping -

• Band Aid special Summer edition 20 count character packs w/ bonus Neosporin SpongeBob (UPC 381370050315) and Hello Kitty (UPC 381370058441)  .69 cents original $6.99 now 90% off  - even sweeter use .50 cents off one Neosporin or Band Aid coupon from = .19 cents each    note locals I have searched hard for these in our Long's to CVS conversion stores and not seen any I suspect it was never carried by Long's I have seen these special packs at Walgreen's where there are still $6.99.
