OFFICIAL KMART DOUBLES RULES

• $25 total purchase before coupons required
• 10 coupons per customer per day will be doubled - you can use "non doubles" ie free items in addition to the 10
• Maximum value of $2 coupons will be doubled ( up to $4) - a $3 coupon will not double at all save it for somewhere else
• Coupon will double up to the value of an item no "overage" will be given - i.e. if an items is $1.79 a $1 off coupon will double to $1.79
• No Buy One Get One Free coupons
  
• Internet printable coupons are accepted
• Sales tax and redemption values / bottle deposit are not covered by coupons and are applied to the original price before coupons
• I have been unable to combine a $ off $ coupon ie $3 off a $20 purchase with a Catalina $ off coupon - I know some readers report success but not for me so I use the one with the highest value.

UNOFFICIAL RULES / TIPS

• Not all stores enforce the 10 coupon limit - I have 2 local stores one did and one did not but I never used more than 15 at a time or more than 4 of the same type.
• If you want to speed up the check out process and avoid the "boxes" on screen only use on coupon per product family - that won't work with Catalina deals where you'll need to buy multi of the same family to get your best deals.
• Check your receipt BEFORE leaving the store to ensure ALL coupons doubled - it will be easier if you have fewer. Of the 3 transaction I did last doubles 2 were fine but in one case 2 - $2 off coupons did not double a $4 overcharge which I caught and had refunded before leaving the store.
• Despite the official rules there are many many reports on various board of shoppers using a Buy one Get one Free coupon and getting both items free
• Buy one get one and $ off 2 or more items are the most likely to double incorrectly.  For example save $2 off 2 items - so beware, check your receipt. Once you find a coupon works without problems use it to it's fullest.
• Make sure you have "back up" coupons in case the items you are planning to buy are sold out - many Free items will be gone immediately and some will not be restocked from the last evetn.

The fine print notes One Kmart Savings coupon per transaction so I don't know if you'll be able to use more than one at a time.

Print these coupons to use with your doubles transactions. Be sure to give them to the cashier first while your total is high. These do not double so they don't count for the "ten" doubles limit.

TOY DEALS combine the Kmart $5 off toy coupon with manufacturer coupons to get double savings on toys. These coupons will not double as they are over the limit.

Hi amyf! I have beens shopping the rocklin store, mostly at night (after . I have had no problem using more than 10. (I have been to that store 2 times this week) I just break it up into smaller transactions. I still am only using about 25. I have learned to try and not overwhelm the cashier, and be oh so nice! They really have better customer service at this store.

It is the same booklet - my experience w/ Kmart doubles is so far all coupons double. I used blinkies that state Do not double and they all worked as well. So I anticipate these will be fine but I will be checking my receipts.

The coupons in the Nabisco Back to School Booklets (save up to $55) - in the book that I have, all the coupons state at the top "not to be doubled or tripled". I'm wondering if that's the same booklet you are referring to when you post the following deal:

Nabisco mult snack packs $3 use $1 off from Nabisco back to school booklets = $1

Just checking because I think the books would be the same.
