It won't even let me print the coupon

I tried to print the coupon for the 10$ off and the page keeps telling me i already printed it the allowed number of times. Which this I know is incorrect as I am the only one to come on this computer and internet. Noone else would have tried to print it. I would appreciate it if I could possibly be e-mailed a copy of the coupon to try to print it, as my daughter would love the movie and I would love the savings...
