Christmas / Seasonal has finally gone 90% off at most Target stores today.
I have been checking everyday since Sunday at my 2 local Northern California stores.
In addition to the usual decorations, wrap etc. there are a few "hidden" places you may be able to find amazing deals.
Scan items at the price checker to be sure only items that were coded as seasonal will be 90% off
Food
Goldfish Cocoa adventures .21 cents - the pack has a goldfish wearing a blue beanie and there are snowflakes on the pack.
Captain Crunch Christmas Crunch cereal- note only ringing up 50% but you could probably get the cashier to mark to 90% as with all other holiday - YMMV
Keebler / Oreo holiday packs of cookies
Starbucks, Market Pantry Coffee - unlikely but look for the Red Holiday packs
Candy - items with holiday packaging left in the regular section like M and M bags will be 90%. In the holiday section there are Wonka storybooks with Fun Dip and Sweet Tarts - the outside is holiday but the inside is generic so they could be good for Valentine's.
Jewelry / clothing
Still signed 50% off at my local store but scanning at 90% off LOTS LEFT
Holiday themed earring sets - .50 cents
Red, Silver and Green stretchy bracelets .69 cents
holiday pins .50 - .69
Books
Scan items to be sure I found a Dora Christmas activity book for .39 cents but Frosty the Snowman was still full price at $9.98.
Household
Reynolds wrap foil with snowflake packaging if you're lucky enough to find it
Toss pillows with a subtle snowflake design
Flannel Sheet sets with stocking or snowmen $1.99 for a set
Toys
check the register impulse buy sections for bagged lego sets some are 90% off so you'll want to scan them. I checked Atlantis and Toy Story with no luck but Police boat sets are at 90%. These have no "holiday" indicators on them but were part of the stocking stuffer display section..
Might Beanz - 3 packs also part of the stocking stuffers collections gut you may find them with the toys - star wars etc they don't look holiday so scan
Dollar Spot
The pink dot items were the holiday selection. The one item I found was ringing up INF Item not found and asking for a price at the register. The cashier and I agreed it should be .10 cents but this was Christmas cards so it was an easy argument.
